Engineer reviewing a precision mold design

Plastic Injection Mold Design Engineer

  • Department：Mold Engineering

Design plastic injection molds, review DFM and prepare drawings. Work with machining and molding teams through trials and modifications to production.

Requirements

  • Proficient in UG/NX, AutoCAD or equivalent tools, with the ability to design plastic injection molds independently.
  • Familiar with parting, gating, cooling and ejection systems, plastic materials and machining processes.
  • Experience with two- or three-shot molds or personal care product molds is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to communicate clearly and solve engineering problems.

Injection molding and automated part handling

Injection Molding Engineer

  • Department：Injection Molding

Lead mold trials, machine setup, process optimization and production troubleshooting to maintain product quality and stable manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Familiar with injection molding machines, mold structures and the processing characteristics of common plastics.
  • Able to run mold trials, set processing parameters and resolve sink marks, flash and short shots.
  • Experience with two-shot or multi-material molding and production process optimization is preferred.
  • Committed to quality and safety, working closely with production, tooling and quality teams.
